Austin Fraser is working with a company in the Healthcare industry. They have a user-friendly application tailored for both patients and clinicians. It's crafted to enhance patient experience, facilitate primary care access, and optimise operational efficiency, all while elevating the quality of care provided. They are looking to onboard a Product Development Manager to guide the development of the digital platform.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the development and maintenance of the digital application
- Take charge of managing in-house business intelligence tools and overseeing the future development of apps, in alignment with product strategy
- Technical oversight - work closely with development team
- Liaise with local organisations
The ideal candidate:
- Background working in healthcare
- Degree in relevant field - computer science, healthcare management
- Experience in product management
- Experience working closely with technical teams and having technical oversight
- Knowledge of online consultation tools and telemedicine platforms.
- Passion for patient care, excellent communication and customer first focus
