Growth Product Manager - Internal Marketing Tools London (Hybrid: Tue-Thu onsite) 6-month contract initially Up to £425/day (inside of IR35 - rate to Umbrella)

We're hiring a Growth Product Manager to shape and scale a vital internal marketing tool used to deliver multilingual, multi-asset content across global channels. This is a brand-new role, offering a chance to simplify complex workflows, improve user experience, and drive innovation across subscription-based services.

Working with cross-functional teams in London and the US, you'll collaborate closely with engineering, lifecycle marketing, and automation to optimise how content is created, tested, and delivered at scale.



What you'll do:

  • Own and evolve an internal tool at the heart of marketing operations
  • Improve UX and workflow efficiency across teams
  • Connect and align the tool with broader systems and platforms
  • Optimise lifecycle marketing flows - from acquisition to winback
  • Partner with engineering and marketing teams to deliver measurable impact


What we're looking for:

  • 7-10 years' experience in product management, with a focus on growth product management
  • Background in subscription-based services, UAT automation, or CRM systems would be ideal
  • Strong communicator and influencer, able to work across global teams and senior stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and proactive - someone who brings structure and focus
  • Comfortable building trust with engineering teams who've not worked with product leads before

Occasional late calls (6:30pm) to sync with US colleagues
They'll wait up to 3 months for the right person - ideal for those transitioning from permanent roles.
