This fast-growing insights and creative agency is redefining how brands connect with kids, teens, and young adults, putting young voices at the centre of everything they do. From household names in entertainment, lifestyle, and tech to emerging disruptors, they help turn cultural understanding into meaningful strategy.

As Research & Insights Manager, you'll be joining a curious, collaborative, and creative team. You'll lead and support projects powered by rich first-party data from a global youth community, delivering insights that go beyond the obvious and help brands make better, braver decisions.

The role:
  • Lead and support mixed-methods research projects, with a focus on quantitative approaches.

  • Help design research methodologies tailored to children and youth audiences.

You:
  • 3+ years of experience in market research (ideally agency-side), with some exposure to youth or family audiences.

  • Strong project management and communication skills: able to manage multiple projects and keep things moving.

  • Confident analysing data and delivering clear, strategic narratives (not just charts and numbers!).

  • Comfortable presenting to clients and writing up findings in an engaging, actionable way.

  • Detail-driven, collaborative, and curious, with a passion for insight and a love of learning.
