Bar Manager - Mayfair - £50k - £60k
We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager for a stunning restaurant in the heart of the West End.
This incredible, multiple award-winning venue is the flagship site to an already impressive portfolio of one of the most exciting, expanding, independent restaurant groups in the UK right now.
Championing local and sustainable produce, seasonal dishes are created by the Michelin trained chef team using some of the finest ingredients available.
This role will be focused on managing the bar team across the 110 seat restaurant and cocktail bar across breakfast, lunch and dinner with up to 500 covers a day.
The Role - Bar Manager
- Leading a team of 5
- Looking after the 110 cover restaurant and Bar
- Coordinating with the Head Som/Beverage Manager
The Rewards - Bar Manager
- up to £60k starting salary
- 10% bonus after 6 months

- 45hrs per week - Bar closes at 11pm
