Duties Include:
- Provide guidance and support to the Bar team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
- Are responsible for ensuring that Mirrors Bar runs efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.
- Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
- Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting.

Flexibility in working hours is essential as you will be required to work hours as per business requirements, which will include weekends, evenings and may include bank holidays.
