We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead operations at a vibrant late-night venue in the heart of Soho, London. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to manage a bustling bar with a strong reputation for quality, creativity, and exceptional service.
About the job:
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of bartenders and front-of-house staff.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Drive sales and create engaging drink menus, including cocktails, spirits, and beverages.
- Maintain an excellent guest experience during peak late-night hours.
About you:
- Proven experience in bar management, preferably in late-night or high-volume venues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and current beverage trends.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
