The Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team. Youll be responsible for delivering outstanding service at the bar and being the overall lead of BOH work associated with the overall running of the bar including stock-takes, creating cocktail menus, developing and nurturing supplier relations & and most importantly leading and supporting your team.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 3 years experience working in a busy bar environment and leading a team
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and confident in creating them to a high standard
Pioneered the creation of cocktail menus in pervious venues.
Good understanding of winesand beer and ability to make informed recommendations to guests
A passion for hospitality and delivering first-class service
A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
Supported FOH of team with closing duties including cashing up.
Must be available to work weekends, with a mix of early starts and late finishes (00:00 pm)
