Bar Supervisor - £30,000pa - London SW6
We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing Bar Supervisor to join the team of this quality independent restaurant in the heart of West London where the emphasis is on good food, good drinks and good times!
You will be responsible for overseeing the Bar throughout service as well as up skilling the team as well as providing excellent service to all guests within the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Inspire and manage our team of bartenders and servers.
- Create and maintain a fantastic drink menu, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Keep track of inventory, order supplies, and manage stock effectively.
- Make sure every customer has a great time by creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisor experience or similar role.
- Good knowledge of drinks and mixing.
- Friendly and great with customers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Organisational and multitasking abilities.
