A luxury boutique hotel located in the vibrant heart of Soho is looking for a Bar Supervisor to join their team. As a Bar Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, and guest satisfaction, while upholding the hotel's standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing bar operations, staff, inventory.
- Develop innovative bar programs, monitor inventory levels.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Collaborate with Food and Beverage Manager on financial targets.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in high-end bar/restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine.
- Flexible availability.
