We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Outlet Food & Beverage Venue Manager to lead our clients teams and oversee the operations of our diverse dining and late-night venue establishments.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and H&S standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, increase profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of talented staff members, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Create and maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and optimise financial performance through effective cost-control measures.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and products, negotiating favourable terms and managing inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements.
  • Foster a positive work environment based on teamwork, communication, and mutual respect.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
