About the role:
A prestigious members-only club nestled in the heart of Chelsea, renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and creative community, is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to join their team. As a Restaurant Manager you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction, as well as lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
About you:
- Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-end or members club establishment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for hospitality and dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
