We are searching for a Restaurant Manager for an exciting new contemporary restaurant located in Central London. This new restaurant will offer Chinese cuisine, a private dining space, and a contemporary karaoke bar. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Restaurant Manager who is looking for something different and would like to put their mark on a new business.

About the position
- 5-day workweek, with a maximum of 48 hours per week.
- Supervise both floor and bar activities in your role as Restaurant Manager.
- Efficiently manage bookings for both the restaurant and karaoke room.
- Be a key player in an exciting new venture, surrounded by a dynamic and enthusiastic team!

- Demonstrated track record of success as a Restaurant Manager.
- Proficient in organizing staff shifts and creating schedules.
