BRUNSWICK HOUSE - Restaurant Manager

Brunswick House is a beautiful 18th Century Mansion House in Vauxhall, in which we’ve spent the last decade building a restaurant. Comprising a large, antique-filled dining room, an atmospheric cellar bar, a landscaped terrace, and numerous private dining rooms filled with period detail, it’s one of London’s most iconic and unique venues.

Our cooking is produce-led, intuitive, and flavour-focussed. We believe wholeheartedly in creating a beautiful environment both to visit as a guest, and work in as a member of our team. We take enormous pride in what we do, and the amount of happiness it brings.

Job Description:

You work in a team of two Restaurant Manager, supported by our Head of operations. The Restaurant Manager position is 70% of you time is service orientated, focused on leading the Front of House team through service, in order to create the most magical and rewarding experience, both for our guests, and for the teams who look after them, allowing informative briefings, staff trainings related to steps of service as well as drives sales. The remaining 30% of your time goes to admin and meetings

Ideal candidate

- A minimum of two years experience in the role of restaurant manager

- Natural authority and leading by example attitude.

- Strong team building and leading skills.

- Responsible to drive targets set and standards are kept.

- Love for food and wine.

- a good understanding in wine/ best WSET level 2 or 3, but not mandatory.

- A desire to learn and grow with us as a company.
