Tonic are currently recruiting for our client's new restaurant in London, set to open mid-July. This outstanding concept will be one of this year’s most exciting openings and as Restaurant Manager you will lead the team to deliver an outstanding customer journey. The restaurant will operate at the highest level, offering best in class for food, drink and service, championing the best of British seasonal produce.What we are looking for in Restaurant Manager candidates;

  • A minimum of 2 years Restaurant Manager experience within high-end restaurants
  • A true passion for the customer experience
  • Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
