We are looking for a charismatic Restaurant Manager to relocate to the Kingdom of Bahrain, working for a luxury group in one of the top restaurants in the country. The position will lead a 100 cover fine dining mediterranean restaurant in a luxury hotel. Responsible for managing all daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding service and efficiency

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of leading a team in a Michelin star or luxury restaurant, with the ability to set the tone for colleagues, work closely with the kitchen team, and build relationships with guests. The restaurant is part of a small luxury group, the management team is made up of expats from around the world to support new starters joining.

The Kingdom of Bahrainhas one of the most diverse and modern economies in the region with a particularly large financial services sector. It a large international expat community and has the same more relaxed laws as the UAE. The Kingdom has one of the strongest currencies in the world and a 0% tax rate.
