Due to an increase in business and new restaurant openings, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager and based in Central London.
The salary on offer for the Restaurant Manager role is £42,000 per year plus other benefits and bonus to be discussed at the interview stage.
We are a restaurant group including 4 successful restaurants with a new opening in the pipeline and we have been awarded the Bib Gourmand for several consecutive years.
The ideal Restaurant Manager will have previous experience in a similar role and be well used to high volume and high-quality operations.
The Restaurant Manager will be overseeing a team of 25/30 Front of House staff.
The hours of work are 45/48 per week and 7 shifts over 5 days.
We are looking for an Restaurant Manager with excellent management and customer service skills and from a quality branded background.
