With 99 guest rooms and suites, an Italian restaurant, an early hour’s bar, cigar garden, private dining, and events area. Our F&B offering, in addition to the hotel’s lounge menu and breakfast selection, includes an Italian restaurant La Terrazza, cocktails and cigars in our Living Wall Bar, private dining in Bohemia room as well as corporate and private events in our Living Lounge Room.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen here at Hotel Xenia. We are currently looking to recruit a passionate Key Room Attendant.
What you will do
- Key Room Attendant position entails being responsible for working as a self-checker, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests.
- Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
What we are looking for
- Passionate about hospitality industry
- Has previous experience in a busy hotel environment
- A team player, hard worker, and detail oriented
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Excellent organisation skills
