Job Description
As Assistant Cluster Reservations Manager, you will assist in ensuring that a consistent and outstanding experience is provided by the Reservations Team for all internal and external guest. You will motivate and drive the Reservations Team to perform in order to exceed hotel financial targets and to ensure a team orientated, professional and learning working environment is maintained at all times.
You will be responsible for the supervision, support, training and development of the Reservations Agents and Supervisor with the assistance of the Cluster Reservations Manager.
