About the role:
My client is opening a new British brasserie in early 2026. The venue will operate across two floors, with two brasserie spaces and a bar, and is expected to be busy from day one.
This role sits at the heart of the operation. Youll be responsible for running the reception, managing reservations and guest flow, and leading a small reception team in a high-volume environment while maintaining a traditional, high-end feel.
About you:
Youve worked as a Reception Manager or in a senior reservations role within a well-established, quality-led restaurant or brasserie. Youre used to handling volume without losing control of the room, confident dealing with regulars and VIP guests, and comfortable working in a classic, traditional setting. Youre organised, calm under pressure and take real pride in creating a strong first impression.
