We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Studio Manager and PA to join this highly creative interior design studio. This is an integral role as the key support to the busy team of designers so you will be the eyes and ears of everything that’s going on, ensuring the studio is running like clockwork. It’s busy and varied so you need excellent multi-tasking skills, be able to think on your feet, working both independently and as a team, show versatility, be innovative and have a meticulous approach.

What the role covers…

Administrative Support

  • Supporting the team day to day

  • First point of contact on the phone

  • Receiving deliveries

  • Management of external IT company

  • Liaising with builders to ensure maintenance of building

  • Ensuring both building and contents insurance up to date and cost efficient

New Business

  • First point of contact for new business enquiries

  • Discussing brief over the phone and filling out Initial Enquiry Form

  • Liaise with client re meeting

  • Prepare materials for meeting

PR

  • Liaising with journalists

  • Admin support for talks and events

  • Update and maintain PR documents including biography and company profile

  • Drafting copy

  • Arranging interviews

  • Commissioning photographers

  • Website management, liaising with graphic designers

  • Develop ideas for Instagram

  • Mailing list management

  • Arranging PR events

HR

  • Recruitment admin support to include liaising with agencies and candidates

  • Reference checking

  • Co ordinating interviews

  • Preparing employee contracts

  • Holiday allocation

  • Team event organising a couple of times a year
