The Company: Our client is a respected London based contractor and a leading provider of maintenance services in the heritage sector.
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Multi-trade Operative/ Handyman/ Handywoman to join an established team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The successful candidate will be based in a historically significant listed building in central London. The role will involve a wide variety of internal and external general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal fabric repairs and maintenance: plastering, painting, and other general repairs.
- External grounds maintenance: cobble repair, general grounds work.
- Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) tasks.
- Collaborate with the team as needed for various tasks.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in heritage maintenance would be advantageous.
- Strong general building maintenance knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CSCS card.
- Full Driving Licence (with 3 points or less).
