Job Description:Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of their hard facilities management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the facilities management sector, a deep understanding of hard services, and a proven track record of securing new business and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hard facilities management sector.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the businessand generate leads.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the facilities management sector, with a focus on hard services (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building maintenance).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
