The Role

We are seeking a commercially driven relationship builder to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts across Europe. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders in both global financial institutions and international corporates, ensuring their evolving needs are met with tailored solutions. Alongside deepening existing relationships, you will proactively identify new opportunities to broaden engagement across a diverse product and services offering.

This is a high-profile role that combines strategic account management with business development, offering the chance to influence growth across a global client base.

Key facts:

★ Full-time, permanent position

★ Basic salary of ca £75k, OTE up to £100k

★ Hybrid working model – 3 days a week in our London office (more if preferred)

What You’ll Bring

Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial services and/or international corporate landscape. Awareness of global client needs in areas such as strategy, risk, growth, and compliance.

Skills: Excellent consultative sales approach, relationship management at senior levels, strategic account planning, and the ability to influence complex decision-making.

Experience: Proven success in business development or account management within professional services, financial services, or advisory environments. Evidence of delivering revenue growth and expanding multi-solution offerings to sophisticated clients.

Behaviours: Client-focused, commercially astute, collaborative, persuasive, and driven. Comfortable managing senior relationships across borders and sectors.
