Weareaglobalsupplierofcablesandcableaccessories,andwearelookingforanindividualthatthrivesinafastpacedandself-sufficientenvironment.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillplayafundamentalroleinachievingourambitiousgrowthobjectives.

KeyResponsibilities

-Plan,prioritise,andaccuratelyprocesssalesquotations&orders,ensuringalldetailsarecorrectlytransferredintotheordermanagementsystem.

-Provideexceptionalcustomerservicebyunderstandingcustomerneedsandensuringallordersareimplementedwith100%accuracy.

-Takefullownershipoftransactionsfrominitiationtocompletion,workingcollaborativelywithprocurementandlogisticsteamstodeliverresults.

-AdheretoadministrativepoliciesandprocedureswhilemaintainingdetailedrecordsofclientcommunicationsandactivitiesintheCRMsystem.

-Communicateeffectivelywithinternalandexternalstakeholderstoensureseamlessexecutionofcustomerorders.

-Monitorcompetitoractivityandprovideactionablefeedbacktosupportbusinessdevelopment.

-Participateinregularteammeetingstodiscussprogress,shareinsights,andidentifyopportunitiesforimprovement.

Previousexperienceineitheraccountmanagement/customerservice/salesadminisrequired.

Anelectrical,industrialorB2Bsalesbackgroundisadvantageous.
