Role Overview: Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to shape strategic initiatives and oversee the daily operations of our diverse client base.

Inviting applications for a dynamic and seasoned Account Manager to bolster my clients vibrant team located in London. This role will focus on steering an engaging roster of clients spanning the realms of health, wellness, and lifestyle.

The incumbent will drive the conceptualization and execution of comprehensive communication strategies, encompassing press outreach, influencer relations, strategic alliances, and event orchestrations, all aimed at amplifying brand presence. We seek an individual with a proven track record in agency environments, particularly within lifestyle, health, or fitness sectors, coupled with a robust network of media connections and a reservoir of innovative concepts.

The ideal candidate should exhibit prowess in creativity, organization, leadership, and interpersonal communication, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Nurturing and guiding junior team members
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of client portfolios, offering guidance to junior staff
• Crafting PR roadmaps and seasonal agendas for clients
• Contributing to financial oversight
• Contributing to and attending client progress meetings
• Participating in personnel evaluations and recruitment efforts
• Aiding in new client acquisition presentations and pitches
• Cultivating media relations to secure impactful coverage across digital and traditional platforms
• Coordinating and executing press functions
• Managing ongoing client relationships
• Delivering routine client updates and analytical reports
• Producing press materials
• Liaising with brand ambassadors and industry specialists
• Managing influencer collaborations, including contract negotiations
• Overseeing brand partnership initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience within the Health/ Wellbeing industry
• Management of other colleagues
• Experience working with and managing clients expectations
• Agency experience
