Service Manager - Prestige Brands

Package £40,000 Base salary. OTE £55,000 & Company Car

Location: Chiswick, London

Our client is an award-winning dealer group representing some of the best OEMs in the sector.

We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Service Manager to join the team.

Role

The Service Manager will be leading a team of Service staff. You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customer-focused manager, you will inspire your team to provide the best possible services for the customer whilst ensuring the Company profit targets are achieved. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation to them.

Requirements

As a person, you are curious, creative, and enthusiastic. You have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of people around you. You are full of energy, self-motivated and make things happen - never settling for just the status quo.

As a leader, you are supportive of your team and are happy to provide a high level of support for team members to drive change and development. You provide guidance and communicate clearly to maintain a trusting environment and bring out the best in the team.

Experience

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for Prestige brands. For this role you must have the following: -

  • More than 2 years of experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry
