Bar Supervisor

The Role

We're looking for a Bar Supervisor with experience and confidence to join our team and help us take things to the next level. A sincere passion for bartending is required, as is an active, hands-on approach to growing your company. You must have an entrepreneurial spirit, a desire to lead from the front, and an eye for detail, and in return, you will be given the opportunity to drive the business forward and truly make your mark!

As a Bar Supervisor you will have experience in managing at least one outlet, you will have excellent understanding of cocktails, beers and spirits, be outgoing, driven and flexible. The successful candidate will be on the floor and the bar, assisting with training, schedules, stock and cost control.

• Adhere to all legal requirements regarding weights and measures, licensing laws, health, and safety as well as fire procedures, ensuring these are always adhered to.
• Afun-lovingpersonality to make sure you get the most out of your teams and keep our guests coming back for more.
• You have a proven track record as a Bar Supervisor in a high quality Bar, where you have crafted your skills and developed an in-depth understanding of mixology, the ability to create unique and trendsetting cocktails, alongside your vast knowledge of beverages
• As a Senior Bar Supervisor, you will be an influential leader, guiding and motivating a team of professionals.
• Guide, coach, and support staff during service, to develop teamwork and ensure the standard of service is always exceptional.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit you must understand how to drive sales and ensure you maximisethebottom line.
• Lastly, you must have a Love for hospitality and all things Bar.
