Candidate Profile

As aBar Supervisoryou will assist in the management of the bar operation, help develop the team on site, and deliver an amazing guest experience. Being an excellent and confident communicator, you will take a hands-on approach to your role and your team. You will be a team player to ensure that your team create a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Experience in a similar role in a bar within a luxury establishment is essential
  • London experience and familiarity with a hotel environment is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
  • Immaculate grooming standards
  • Excellent beverage product knowledge essential
  • Please note this role requires an element of manual handling
