Theyare currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fire Safety Engineer to join their team and play a key role in ensuring the fire safety and compliance of their projects across various sectors.

Role Overview:
As a Fire Safety Engineer, you will be responsible overseeing the installation and commissioning of fire alarm components, including smoke detectors, heat detectors, alarm control panels, notification devices, and emergency communication systems.

Scheduling and conducting regular inspections and functional testing of fire alarm devices and control panels to verify proper operation and sensitivity.

Documenting inspection results and maintaining records in compliance with local fire codes and insurance standards.

Managing projects for retrofitting older fire alarm systems with upgraded components to enhance reliability and functionality.

Integrating fire alarm systems with other building systems, such as HVAC and access control, for improved overall facility safety and response coordination.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Membership in professional bodies such as IFE, SFPE, or similar.

  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards it.

  • Experience with high-rise, industrial, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
