Cast UK are supporting a rapidly expanding business with the recruitment process of a Regional Service Manager. As the Regional Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing an Engineering team across the Southeast & London region. Working closely service department heads to achieve service delivery, and maximise productivity and profitability. This is an exciting opportunity to take control of a strong operation and improve operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HVAC service department, including scheduling, dispatching, and supervising technicians.
• Ensure all service work is completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, addressing any service-related issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement service policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Oversee training and development programs for service technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a service management role within the HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, repair and installation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and achieve profitability targets.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
• Relevant certifications and licenses in HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Renumeration:

55,000 - 60,000 per annum + Car
