We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Counter Manager to join a prestigious luxury beauty retail store in the heart of London. As the Counter Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience within our beauty department.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of beauty advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets. Demonstrate a passion for the luxury beauty industry and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Product Knowledge: Possess an in-depth knowledge of our luxury beauty products, staying updated on industry trends and new launches. Share this knowledge with the team to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that the counter provides a welcoming and luxurious environment for customers. Deliver personalized consultations and build lasting relationships with clients, offering expert advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the store's visual merchandising team to create enticing and visually appealing displays that showcase the luxury beauty products and attract customer attention.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage product inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and implementing effective replenishment strategies. Conduct regular stock checks and liaise with the store management for efficient stock ordering.
- Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the beauty advisors, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Event Coordination: Organize and execute special events, promotions, and beauty workshops to drive traffic to the counter and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the store management. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the beauty industry, preferably in a luxury retail setting.
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, or fragrance products.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
- Passion for the luxury beauty industry and staying current on industry trends.
