Sanza Teaching Agency is proud to be working with a vibrant special needs school in Ealing, which is seeking a Specialist Teaching Assistant to support students with behavioural needs in Years 7 and 8.

This role will involve working with young people who may display extreme and impulsive behaviours. The school is looking for a committed and resilient professional who can bring a calm, consistent approach, and build strong, trusting relationships with students.

You will work closely with an experienced and supportive team, helping students to develop strategies to manage challenges in school life. This is a demanding but highly rewarding role, where you can make a real difference to young people's lives.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour, in either a school or social care setting.
  • A calm, resilient and consistent approach.
  • The ability to build trust and positive relationships.
  • A commitment to supporting students' development and wellbeing.

Details:

  • Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm, term time only.
  • Start date: Immediate.
  • Salary: 95-105 per day (depending on experience).
