Care Home Manager requirements:
- Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent or has the willingness to undertake
- Previous experience of managing an elderly care home
- Caring and compassionate
- Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent leadership and line management
- Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
- Managing budgets accordingly
