Elevate are recruiting a Housing Advisor position for one of our valued clients.

The candidates core responsibilities will consist of:

• Responsive communication for residents, providing advice or assistance during phone calls or face to face contact.
• Managing expectations, providing consistent and effective customer service
• Knowledge and skills of using word, excel or similar applications
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and meet expectations of own workload.
• Accurate record keeping of actions and outcomes.
• Liaise with repairs, leasehold, rents, estate facilities and general customer enquiries.

Candidates should have experiences of working in the Housing sector or a similar position.

This position offers a fantastic working environment, a short term contract with potential of permanent work.
