About the role:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with learning challenges, ensuring they are fully included in all aspects of the day.
- Assist the class teacher in creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, meeting the needs of each individual student.
- Support students in their academic progress, providing guidance with assignments, homework, and exams.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student well-being and personal development.
- Obtain regular observations on students and report back to main class teacher.
