Reeson Education is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work in welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Enfield from September 2025. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build school-based experience while supporting children with a range of additional needs.
The Learning Support Assistant will provide targeted 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEN, including autism, SEMH, and learning difficulties. You'll play a key role in ensuring pupils are fully engaged and able to reach their potential.
Learning Support Assistant - Role Overview:
Daily rate: 82.14 - 100 depending on experience
Full-time, term-time role beginning September 2025
Work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Opportunities in schools across Edmonton, Palmers Green, and Southgate

Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working with children with SEN
