As a Learning Support Assistant, you will

  • Support students in the classroom, on work experience, and in the community
  • Help them build independence, life skills, and confidence
  • Be part of an experienced, supportive team in a welcoming environment

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience supporting young people with learning disabilities
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy
  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above) and solid digital skills
