About this Role

They are currently seeking a qualified Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of learning needs across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver targeted interventions, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
What you'll need to succeed
*Relevant qualification (Level 2 or above in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent)
*Experience working with children in mainstream or SEN settings
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A patient, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting learning
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
Compliance Requirements

*Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
*Verified Right to Work in the UK
*Reference-checked
*Up-to-date training in Safeguarding, Prevent, and KCSIE standards
