We are seeking a Housing manager for our government client based in London on an initial 3 month contract paying up to £600 per day inside IR35.

This role allows hybrid working.

The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -

Change Management
Implementing new ways of working
management of staff
private sector housing
enforcement service
improving quality and regulation private rented sector
monitoring of licenesed premises
empty properties
venerable private residents
bidding & leading funded projects
disabled facilities
