As a Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you'll be the go-to person for residents in your designated patch (approx. 500-600 homes), ensuring they receive a reliable, consistent, and high-quality service. You'll build trust, drive improvements, and be the voice of the residents within the organisation.

What You'll Do:

? Support the Housing Management team to deliver outstanding services? Build strong relationships with residents and act as their key contact? Tackle issues such as ASB, tenancy concerns, and property management? Ensure residents have safe, well-maintained homes? Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve challenges? Represent residents' interests at forums and committees

What We're Looking For:

? Strong relationship-building and communication skills? A problem solver with determination and a can-do attitude? Ability to challenge and push boundaries to achieve the best results? Excellent time management and ability to handle complex workloads? Experience in housing management or a similar field? Ability to drive with access to a vehicle for work
