We are seeking a Neighbourhood Manager for an immediate start to carry out compliance checks and visits across the NW region of London. This role involves floating between areas to ensure the safety and compliance of neighbourhoods. The right candidate will manage their own time and contribute to the overall management of the neighbourhood as needed.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct estate inspections to ensure properties meet required standards.
  • Perform fire door inspections and fire risk assessments, addressing any breaches promptly.
  • Manage issues related to overdue and capped gas, including direct contact with residents.
  • Engage in silent customer contact initiatives to enhance resident relations.
  • Provide assistance with general neighbourhood management tasks as required.
  • This role involves lone working, but a Peoplesafe device will be provided for safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Some experience in neighbourhood or estate management is required, however, training will be provided.
  • Ability to manage own time effectively and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with residents and reporting to management.
  • Use of a car is desirable but not essential for the role.
