To use casework to identify systematic changes and oversee delivery working with the relevant teams
To troubleshoot particular areas as directed by the Director of Housing and report back on the issues and resolution and deliver these with teams. This can extend from allocations, to any aspect housing management, temporary accommodation and ways of working
