Servicer Care Solutions are working alongside a reputable West London Borough Council who are seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details with regards to this position.

ROLE: Adult Social Care Lawyer
LOCATION: West London
RATE: 60ph LTD / 52.81ph PAYE inc. holiday pay / 47.12ph PAYE exc. holiday pay
CONTRACT: 3 month initially, 36 hours per week

Please note that this role would require office attendance 2 days per week.

The Role

  • Provide expert legal advice on adult social care legislation, including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
  • Manage and progress a varied caseload, including complex cases.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

The Person

  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX with a valid practising certificate
  • Strong experience in adult social care law within local government or similar.
  • Ability to independently manage a busy and complex caseload.
  • Excellent communication and high-quality drafting skills.
