Palliative Care Social Worker - East London
Rate up to £40 per hour umbrella
Description
The post holder is located within the social work team, which provides specialist palliative care social work to hospice and Community Palliative Care Team patients and their families. You will work across all hospice departments as members of the multi-professional teams providing emotional and social support services to people with end of life care needs. Post holder will be expected to work in a flexible way, adapting the service provided to meet the differing and changing needs of people from a wide range of social and cultural backgrounds.
The role is start ASAP - ongoing
