Job Title: Senior Application Analyst

Location: Camden, Hybrid

Contract: 3 Months

Rate: 300-450/day

Positions Available: 2 (Mosaic and Civica)

We are seeking two highly skilled Senior Application Analysts to join a local authority in Camden. These roles are crucial to their commitment to enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency. You will be working on either our Mosaic system or Civica OPENRevenues system, contributing to the full application lifecycle from support to development.



Position 1: Senior Application Analyst - Civica

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop the Civica OPENRevenues system to improve functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with key business areas to understand changing requirements and business processes.
  • Provide innovative solutions to ensure consistent delivery of services to our customers.

Core Skills:

  • Strong experience in an enterprise applications environment with a focus on supporting and configuring Revs and Bens systems (ideally Civica OPENRevenues).
  • Preferably experienced in Local Government environments, understanding service areas such as Customer Services, Housing, and Children Services.
  • Proficient in system analysis and design, capable of offering recommendations and solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Familiarity with Dev/Ops and ITIL-aligned environments, including a strong grasp of change management and governance.


Position 2: Senior Application Analyst - Mosaic

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop Mosaic systems to enhance functionality and performance.
  • Work closely with key business areas to understand evolving requirements and business processes.
  • Deliver innovative solutions to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services.

Core Skills:

  • Extensive experience in an enterprise applications environment, with a focus on supporting, configuring, developing, and testing social care systems (preferably Mosaic).
  • Ability to develop Form Templates within Mosaic.
  • Experience within Local Government or Social Care environments, with a strong understanding of business processes and social care systems.
  • Proficient in system analysis and design, capable of offering recommendations and solutions to improve service delivery.
  • Familiarity with Dev/Ops and ITIL-aligned environments, including a strong grasp of change management and governance.
