Responsibilities:

Develop a productionised automation service based on previous R&D findings, harnessing OCR and NLP to analyze deeds and build safe automation rules.
Build system components supporting deed OCR, NLP analysis, signature detection, and title change prediction on AWS serverless platform.
Conduct spikes and research to expand the scope of automation service.
Perform robust data analysis to verify and enhance system behavior.
Provide top-notch support for the operational service.
Innovate novel solutions to advance automation goals.
Demonstrate collaborative software development practices focused on readability, maintainability, and appropriateness.
Extend and enhance support procedures, dashboards, monitoring, and deployment capabilities to facilitate continuous improvement.
Actively engage in team events, offering specialized knowledge and supporting process improvement.

Key Skills:

Commercial expertise in OCR, NLP, ML, AWS technologies (CDK, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudFormation, Aurora/Postgres), Python, and Typescript.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various business areas.
Strong communication skills, conveying complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with Agile delivery models like Scrum and/or Kanban, as well as formal XP engineering techniques and defining infrastructure-as-code.
