REMOTE Lead Software Developer - Solve the NHS Staffing Crisis

Location: London on average 1 day per month

Package: Up to £115k + shares + benefits

We are working with a fantastic 'HealthTech meets Tech for Good' start-up who, after an exciting year of growth last year, are looking to continue scaling with a Lead Software Developer.

If you're passionate about working on exciting technical challenges with cutting-edge tech, this is an excellent opportunity for you as they've combined specialist industry expertise with leading-edge software to create the largest ever 'collaborative staff bank'. They've already filled over 170,000 shifts.

Experience required as a Lead Software Developer:

  • Team leadership responsibilities including 1-to-1s, career map planning, technical leadership, code reviews
  • Working in a product-focused start-up environment
  • Over 7 years commercial experience working in software development using JVM languages
  • You do not need to have worked with Kotlin previously, but must be open and happy to work with it.
  • Desired: frontend experience (React)
