- Experience: Backgrounds in specialist schools, sports, care homes, support work, or SEN are all highly valued.
- Skills & Qualifications: Team Teach, Positive Behaviour Training, Manual Handling, SEN qualifications, and more are a plus.
- A Caring & Compassionate Attitude: You'll be working closely with children who need someone dedicated and empathetic.
- Willingness to Assist with Personal Care: Some roles will involve supporting with personal care for students who need it.
