Job Description/Qualifications:
- Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of SEND students
- Creating a supportive and nurturing learning environment
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student progress and well-being
- Maintaining accurate records of student achievement and development
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with SEND students, particularly in EYFS/KS1
- Strong understanding of EYFS curriculum and SEND best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
