Assistant Estimator | London | up to 45,000 | main contractor

A major, award-winning contractor with multiple regional offices, have big plans for 2025!

With lots of tenders already won for the new year, they are now looking for an Assistant Estimator to initially support multiple tenders on major, landmark projects on a wide range of properties in all major sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, leisure and historic restorations (new builds, refurbishments and fitouts!).

In your role as Assistant Estimator, you will be supporting a Pre-Construction team lead by a Pre-Construction Director and Managing Estimators within the team, tendering for projects that range from education and hospitals to warehouses.

If you are successful in your application, as Assistant Estimator you will become an integral member of a dynamic Pre-Construction team within a company that offer a generous package, a close-knit team, and the opportunity to work on unique, high value projects, as well as a long-term path to moving into a more senior role.

The successful Assistant Estimator will have prior experience as a Assistant Estimator within the construction industry.

Requirements for this Assistant Estimator position:

  • Previous experience working as an Assistant Estimator within construction.
  • Full UK Driving License and own car preferred
  • You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
